工作职责：

Responsibility（职责）
• To act as technical expert to interface/bridge between customer technical department and internal stakeholders (Quality, Marketing, TD and Production)
• 作为技术专家，在公司内部职能部门如质量/市场/研发/生产等部门与客户之间起到技术交流界面及桥梁作用
• To develop or modify application process to fit new application and performance requirement
• 不断开创并调整应用流程以适应新的需求
• Provide technical trainings to customers /distributors /Sales and support trade show if necessary
• 根据需要为客户/分销商/销售人员提供技术培训并支持展会工作
• Handling lab investigation & testing according to customer’s or internal requirements
• 按客户及内部要求处理实验室调查与测试
• To lead on-site Technical/Application support/line audit and handle customer complaints by site investigation and plant follow up
• 主导开展现场技术和应用支持及线路审查，通过现场调查处理客户投诉并跟进工厂后续处理
• To generate accurate data and compile technical reports and handle related technical documents
• 准备精确的数据，编写技术报告，处理相关技术文件
• To attend and support marketing promotion events, e.g. trade show and exhibitions, in assigned sales territories
• 参加市场营销活动并做相应支持（如在指定销售地域的展会等）
• To collect and analyze the competitor product information
• 收集并分析竞品信息
• To review procedures and methods, make enhancement suggestions
• 审核步骤与方法，提出改进意见
• To maintain lab EHS and house-keeping standard
• 保持实验室的安环与整洁

任职资格：

• Skills and Experiences Required
技能与经验要求
Education:（教育）
• A B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.
• 电力工程机械工程等专业的学士/硕士
Experiences:（经验）
• At least 5 years in product development, application support focusing on lithium battery pack, invertor, lithium BESS preferably.
• 在锂电池包/逆变器/锂电储能系统的产品研发/应用支持至少五年的经验为佳
